Yoga is the outline of your life; it is a ray of hope for your longevity, and it reminds you that you too can live a long life. To get rid of high BP, there are five important exercises that you have to include in your daily routine.

Jogendra ji tells how much you benefit from yoga and how many diseases you can free yourself from through it. Jogendra Ji explains that healing high blood pressure through yoga is a powerful practice because, with its emphasis on mindfulness and gentle physical activity, the ancient practice emerges as a valuable tool. Explaining further, yoga takes steps as a holistic approach to treatment, acknowledging the interconnectedness of mental and physical well-being. 

In an interview with Jogendra Ji, who runs Yoga Experts Classes, he says that yoga is a daily necessity of life like food, water, air, etc., further adding, “In the field of yoga, tadasana (mountain pose) like grounding poses can provide a stable base for those seeking stability amid chaos. Breathing, a fundamental aspect of yoga, becomes a bridge between the conscious and subconscious, helping to release suppressed emotions associated with high BP. Moving through the sequence of asanas, individuals are encouraged to explore their bodies with gentleness. Balasana (Child's Pose) invites practitioners to release accumulated tension in the hips and lower back—general areas where the body holds tension." 

In his second step, he explains: "Warrior postures, like Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II), symbolise strength and courage. These postures are symbolic reminders that survivors have an innate resilience, a warrior spirit that will carry them through recovery." can guide you through the process. Savasana (Corpse Pose) provides an ideal opportunity for relaxation and introspection. In this pose, one lies down, surrendering to the present moment. It is a moment of peace where the body relaxes after the practice. "integrates the benefits, and the mind experiences a sense of peace. For those recovering from high blood pressure, Savasana becomes a sanctuary of peace, allowing them to confront their thoughts and emotions in a supported environment."
